The Punjab University (PU) has awarded PhDs to Aqsa Azwar in Persian after approval of her research thesis titled, “Persian Literature among Naushahis” and Zahida Nasreen in Mycology & Plant Pathology after approval of her research thesis titled, “Optimisation of Growth Conditions for Mass Cultivation of Some Edible and Medicinal Basidiomycetes.”
Eid Prayer: Eidul Fitr Prayer at the PU Jamia Mosque, Quaid-e-Azam (New) Campus would be offered at 8am while the sermon would be delivered at 7:30am. University buses would leave for the mosque at 7:15 am from the campus colony.
Result: The PU Examinations Department announced the results of MPhil High Energy Physics 2-Years Semester System, Session 2009-2011 and BS Computer Science, 4th Year, Annual Exam 2010. Detailed results are also available at PU’s website www.pu.edu.pk.
