TIP warns of going on hunger strike

“The government has a 60-day ultimatum to the government to stop drone attacks, restore peace in Karachi and implement all the decisions of judiciary. If not I will observe a hunger strike till death in front of the parliament house,” Tehreek-e-Istahkam-e-Pakistan(TIP) Chairman Syed Ali Raza addressing a press conference at the Lahore Press Club on Friday.
The Tehreek-e-Istahkam-e-Pakistan(TIP) chairman said the federal and provincial governments should evacuate all US bases in Pakistan and remove corrupt, NRO beneficiaries serving as ministers and control the price hike. To a question about his hunger strike, the Tehreek-e-Istahkam-e-Pakistan(TIP) chairman said he would move to Islamabad from Lahore after the ultimatum passed and set up camp.
He promised Rs 50,000 from the TIP to compensate the families of every journalist killed while performing journalistic duties. The Tehreek-e-Istahkam-e-Pakistan(TIP) chairman said his party aims at protesting the sovereignty of Pakistan and its Constitution of Pakistan.
