Multinet optical fiber network connects 450 branches of MCB

MCB Bank announces successful completion of the first phase in its major online banking upgrade project for nationwide branch connectivity. MCB partnered with Multinet Pakistan Pvt. Ltd with the goal to deliver its customary exceptional client experiences through improved operational efficiency, an exciting array of next generation applications and expansion of online banking. Currently around 450 branches of MCB are being served via next generation optical fiber connectivity, with an additional 150 branches planned in the next phase.

  1. Its really a good news but unfortunately currently available ATM machines and online bank branches of MCB are mostly out or order. They suppose to improve their current services instate of announcing new upgrade project. It is really painful for a MCB ATM card holder that when and where ever going collect cash from ATM, is out of order and no one is listening even the branch which is located adjusted to ATM machine.

  2. I'm wondering if MCB is going to also upgrade/improve the online connectivity problems in their branches which are located in remote areas and if they can also connected them with Fibre or any other comparable media!
