Crocs, an international footwear company held an Eid festival at their concept store in Park Towers. Instead of Mehndi tattoes, Crocs balloons are being handed out to children and a magician roamed around the shop performing tricks out of Crocs shoes and pulling pigeons out of shoe stands.
A shopper Rashid Khan said that it was a great idea to make Eid fun for children. “I love the magic show,” said 6-year old Sadia as she clapped her hands at the magician performing tricks.
The Crocs Concept store at Park Towers was festively decorated with Crocs balloons, star danglers and colorful backdrops. Children and adults were flocking at the shop, mainly attracted by the magician and his tricks. Despite the security situation in the city with target-killings disrupting the peace of the city, the mood at Park Towers and other malls in Karachi is festive as Eid comes closer. Crocs footwear can be found across the globe in more than 120 styles for men, women and children and is a huge success with adults and children.
