Pakistan have made progress in the world football ranking while Nepal’s position remains unchanged at 136 according to the latest FIFA World Rankings issued by FIFA on Wednesday. Nepal still lead the South Asian region while Bangladesh are next, following Nepal at 139th.
India have slipped five places and are ranked 158th in the world rankings while Maldives have also lost two places, however, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have progressed one and two places respectively.Earlier Pakistan were at 171 and Sri Lanka were at the 176th position. Likewise Afghanistan have also slipped from 179 to 181, while Bhutan remain unchanged at the bottom at 201.
