NBP being the nation’s bank carries out its social responsibility duties and is always at service of the nation in times of need. With a view to help affected of the massive devastation caused by floods, NBP distributed food packets among residents of Matli, comprising of flour, mineral water, ghee, tea, sugar and other kitchen items amounting to Rs1500 (approx) per bag, serving 5-6 family members for a week. NBP will distribute 5000 packets.
The camp was visited by Tariq Latif Ansari, SVP, Regional Head, NBP, Hyderabad Region and Mir Babu Talpur, MPA of PPP, Matli and other volunteers of NBP. Tariq Latif Ansari expressed his deep concern for the sufferings of the people who have been displaced from their homes as a result of the floods and further said that in this hour of need, NBP is standing shoulder to shoulder with the people.
