The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has revamped its broadband entertainment portal, upgrading it to a more image-driven website. With an aesthetic layout and logically marked sections, enriched content and increased genres, PTCL Buzz is the largest Pakistani entertainment portal, says a press release issued here on Monday.
Exploration of movies, music, and dramas has been reworked for the customers, making it easier to navigate and pleasant for viewers. Inclusion of food corner, devotional section, events and lifestyle confirms that the portal provides a wide range of content to its visitors.
PTCL Buzz radio, weather widget and PTCL Buzz TV also add to the offerings. PTCL’s SEVP (Commercial) Naveed Saeed, commenting on the renewal of broadband entertainment portal, said it had a unique status of providing broadband services to over 600,000 customers in over 1,000 cities across the country. “It has been instrumental in providing quality service to the general public across the country through a huge investment in expansion of its services,” he said, adding the PTCL Buzz was one of the most popular broadband entertainment portals in Pakistan. EVP Aasif Inam said the PTCL was spearheading the expansion of broadband culture in Pakistan for a few years ago there was little awareness of the broadband and multimedia technologies in the market.
