Players training hard for India series in UK

Pakistan football team is eagerly awaiting the two-match series with India in the United Kingdom (UK). Pakistan will play three matches in the UK with the first two against arch-rivals India and the third against a local club. Match of the sporting rivals excite everyone world and same is the feeling of Pakistan coach Tariq Lutfi. Althouogh Pakistan and India will play friendly matches but the passion is apparent in the training of the team selected for the camp.
Pakistan will face India in the opening match on September 3, at Derby FC, Pride Park, followed by their second match at Glasgow, Scotland, on September 9. Keeping in view the hot and humid conditions and the holy month of Ramazan, the team is training under lights but how they cope with the chilly conditions in the UK, would be a matter of concern for the team. Lutfi said although it is a friendly but there is always extra energy involved.
“The approach of the players from both sides would surely be professional and crucial,” he added. Dubbed as the ‘Clash of the Titans’, the series has developed great interest in the UK based Pakistanis and Indians and the involvement of world boxing champion Aamir Khan has also given great attention to the series.
