The weather in the city remained humid as isolated showers occurred at various places on Monday. Isolated rain fell in Sindh and Kashmir. Ten millimetres of rain was recorded in Garidupatta, 10mm in Hyderabad, 9mm in Nawab Shah, 8mm in Mithi and 5mm in Karachi.
The maximum temperature recorded in Lahore was 38 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 28 degrees Celsius. Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country on Tuesday. Isolated rain and thundershowers may occur in northeast Punjab and Kashmir. Seventy-two percent of relative humidity was recorded in Lahore on Monday morning, which dropped to 62 percent in the evening.
