Lindsay Lohan is suing rapper Pitbull. The troubled actress – who was recently released from a 35-day period under house arrest in lieu of jail time for taking a necklace from a boutique and violating the terms of probation set for her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) – is taking legal action against the hip-hop star for writing a “disparaging” lyric about her in his song ‘Give Me Everything’. The track – which was also written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack – features the line: “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” In her lawsuit, the 25-year-old star claims “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff”.
