SC issues notice to NADRA on Bahria Town CNICs

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Thursday, directed the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) chairman to submit a justification for issuing 20,000 Computerized National Identity Cards(CNIC) to the employees of Bahria Town.
The chief justice also issued a notice to Chairman of Bahria Town Malik Riaz and admitted the case for regular hearing before a three-member Supreme Court bench for Friday. The notice was taken on an application according to which Malik Riaz had obtained 20,000 CNICs for his employees with the addresses changed for localities falling within NA-52 constituency. National Assembly Opposition Leader Nisar Ali Khan had expressed similar concerns on the issue, labeling it as an attempt to influence the forthcoming elections.

  1. Bahria Town is illegal
    Malik is illegal
    Private company of looters
our people only see shashka and get a plot
Malik riaz puts penalties on plots
he develops plots and then gives plots to truck drivers as compensation
so a land worth 20,000 Rs is adjusted against 20,00,000 Rs

    Fraud Fraud Fraud
    Malik buys people from NAB
NAB officials are living in Bahria lodges getting free houses as kick back
When Malik dies nothing will be left
Even registry of land is not owned by owner, bahria does it privately
they can take away your land anyday
