Despite the fact that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has been enjoying power in Punjab since April 2008, the party’s former PP-139 vice-president Sher Zameen Khan is still facing cases registered against him in former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf’s regime. According to sources, PML-N leaders and workers believed that all illegal cases registered against them during military rule would be quashed. But Sher Zameen was still being haunted by the cases, as police raided his home and harassed him.
