It seems that actors who turn producers find it difficult to stay behind the scenes for too long. Recently, Aamir Khan decided, at the last moment, to be a part of his home production ‘Delhi Belly’ by gyrating to an item number for the film. And now, Akshay Kumar is following suit. Akshay, who was not supposed to be a part of his home production ‘Speedy Singh’ (earlier titled ‘Breakaway’), could not resist making his presence felt. And so, last week, the actor flew to Toronto to do a dance number with the Grammy Award winning American rapper Ludacris for the end credit roll of the film. A source informed that the shoot lasted for three to four days. “Akshay thoroughly enjoyed himself with Ludacris. After the shoot, the two of them really bonded and ever since then they have been in frequent touch.” ‘Speedy Singh’, directed by Robert Lieberman, will first be screened at the Toronto Film Festival and then hit the theatres worldwide on September 23.
