Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad has called on Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani and discussed return of the Mutahidda Qaumi Movement in the PPP-led coalition government and also the current situation of the province, a private TV channel reported on Wednesday.
Following his meeting with the prime minister, the governor is expected to meet President Asif Ali Zardari. It is expected that the president will set a timeframe for when the MQM ministers will return to the cabinet. The channel reported that the MQM would rejoin the federal and provincial cabinet by this week.
