You can never be too careful when the camera’s rolling

A video of former state minister for religious affairs and renowned TV anchorperson Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain is spreading like wildfire across various social networking websites. The 9 minutes 57 seconds long video titled “Real Face of Aamir Liaquat” is a compilation of different behind the scenes clips of his programme ‘Aalim Online’ allegedly showing the anchorperson using vulgar language.
The video, which was initially uploaded on the video-sharing website Youtube on 14th August 2011 has been brought down but it has been uploaded again and is being shared by thousands of users on different websites.

Dr. Liaquat called the video ‘fake’ the next day on his programme ‘Aalim Aur Aalam’ on ARY Network. His reaction can be found on this link.
He also reacted to the video on his Twitter page (http://twitter.com/#!/AamirLiaquat), saying: “It was a fake video, created and dubbed professionally” on 15th August 2011.
He has followed it up with 13 other tweets so far including one accusing GEO Network of starting a campaign against him, saying: “Since ARY ratings have eaten GEO ratings therefore that channel started a campaign against me to break the records.”
