Pakistan is well aware of India’s regional ambitions and the people of Pakistan should rest assured that Pakistan is not standing idly by. The government of Pakistan is working to maintain cordial ties with its neighbours but in no way will it let any neighbouring country dictate to it.
We will not let India dictate to us for we are a sovereign nation and just because India is larger in size it does not mean that our value is diminished. The US is supporting India and its designs for hegemony, and wants Pakistan to further trade relations with India, but Pakistan will not do so if it is not in favour of the nation.
Pakistan is an important partner of USA and its wishes cannot be ignored by the US. The Pakistani government has made it a point that it will not do anything to jeopardise the nation.
