A powerful explosion took place in Degree College situated in Swabi area of Karnal Sher Killi, damaging the college bus and gate in the wee hours of Monday.
According to police sources, the blast occurred outside the main gate of Government Girls Degree College. The explosives were housed in a ghee canister. However, no casualties were caused in the blast.
It should be mentioned here that a government school was damaged with a bomb blast in Marghuz area of Swabi last month.
