The Independence Day Weightlifting will be held at the Punjab University Old Campus ground hall, Lahore on August 14. According to Sohail Javed Butt, different departmental and clubs weightlifters will take part in the event. “The event is being held to celebrate the Independence Day of Pakistan,” Organising Secretary Rashid Mahmood said.
