The provincial ministers have demanded from QESCO to accomplish power agreement made with Iran to eliminate power load shedding in the province.
The provincial Ministers made the demand during Balochistan Assembly’s session here on Thursday. During the session provincial ministers Sardar Aslam Bazinjo, Mir Qambar Ali Gichki, Haji Ali Madad Jatak, Zahoor Baleedi and others expressed grave concerns over increasing power loadshedding in the province.
They said that there is no electricity in Awaran while power is being supplied to Makran only for four hours a day. The provincial ministers urged to take tangible steps to overcome power shortage in the province.
Member Panel of Chairman, Abdul Rehman Jamali directed the Assembly Secretary to call QESCO Chief in Speaker Chamber to redress the problem.
