GCU produces two PhDs in Physics

The Government College University Lahore has produced two doctors of philosophy (PhDs) in the field of Physics.
According to a press release, Muhammad Naveed Aslam completed his research on the topic of “Evaluation and Standardization of Cross Section and Yield Data for non-conventional Positron Emitters” under the supervision of GCU Physics Department Chairperson Prof. Dr. Hassan A. Shah, while Muhammad Usman Hashmi was notified as doctor of philosophy after the approval his thesis “Structural and In-Vitor Characterization of Bioactive Glass Ceramics with Different CaO/MgO Ratios.” Dr. Ahmad Shamim supervised his thesis.
GCU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khaleequr Rehman and Dean congratulated Naveed Aslam and Usman Hashmi on competition of their PhD programme and urged to continue research in their respective fields.
