A high-level meeting on Wednesday at the Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar held a detailed discussion on establishment of a medical collage and up-gradation of the sub-campus of Abdul Wali Khan University in Charsadda.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Minister Qazi Asad presided over the meeting also attended by Elementary and Secondary Education Minister Sardar Hussain Babak, Advisor to Chief Minister Syed Masoom Shah, Abdul Wali Khan University vice-chancellor, Special Secretary to Chief Minister Waqar-ul-Hassan, Chief Planning Officers Afsar Said and Zaman Khan Marwat also attended the meeting. The meeting considered purchase of land, establishment of endowment fund, recurring budget and appointment of project director. It also decided that Sardar Hussain Babak would visit Charsadda.
