BHC gives 7 days for action against Musharraf in Bugti murder case

Chief Justice Balochistan High Court (BHC) Qazi Faez Isa on Wednesday expressed his dissatisfaction over the performance of the Crime Branch and gave seven days to them for action against Musharraf in Akbar Bugti murder case.
A two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Mohammad Hashim Kakar resumed hearing of Nawab Akbar Bugti assassination case.
Deputy Attorney General informed the court during the hearing that a letter has been written to the federal government for the arrest of the accused.
Director Crime Branch said Chief Secretary stopped to record the statement of former Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Yousaf and former Interior Minister Shuaib Nowsherwani.
The chief secretary directed the director crime branch to work without any pressure. The hearing of the case was adjourned to August 17.
Later on, Nawabzada Jamil Bugti addressed a press conference and complained that proceeding of the case is very slow.
