The Supreme Court is set to hold its second hearing to uncover the motive and fix responsibility in a human rights abuse case involving a gruesome murder of a Sialkot youth at the hands of certain influential people of the area.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, on July 13, last took a suo moto notice of the incident and directed the Punjab Police authorities to submit a detailed report about the murder on its first hearing, which took place on July 22.
