A division bench of the LHC granted bail on Tuesday to two men accused of instigating a mob to kill two brothers in the Sialkot lynching case. The bench passed the order on the bail application filed by Qaisar Mehmood and Muhammad Shams. The accused contended that there was no proof of them instigating people to murder the two brothers. The bail petition was accepted on grounds of no evidence against the accused. The court directed Mehmood and Shams to submit surety bonds worth Rs 100,000 each for their release.
