Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said on Saturday that the PTI’s struggle would continue until the ouster of ‘corrupt’ federal and Punjab governments.
He was speaking at a sit-in demonstration outside the Parliament House against the ‘rampant’ corruption in government departments, price hike and lawlessness in the country. Around 1,000 people participated in the PTI demonstration that started after the Iftar and continued until 2am.
Khan said, “The PPP and the PML-N are deceiving the masses and their inefficient rulers have led the country to the brink of destruction. The chaos in Karachi is in reality a war between two political mafias over their extortion row”. He said no one could stop the PTI from winning the next general elections and added that only the PTI could pull the country out of present crises facing the country. He said the next three sit-in demonstrations would be held on August 13, 20 and 27.
