PCB eyes three vice captains

The Pakistan cricket Board (PCB) is planning to appoint three separate vice captains to Misbah-ul-Haq in the three different formats of the game to groom a proper replacement. It has been learnt that the PCB sensing the problem so it is taking the decision to groom young players for different formats to fulfil the captaincy requirement.
The PCB came to the decision of grooming a young vice-captain after the board officials had a detailed meeting with the senior players of the team including former captains and the chief coach Waqar Younis, who in the past urged the board to appoint young captain on a long term basis. The PCB previous initiative in appointing Salman Butt as a captain hit for a square as he was allegedly got involved in spot-fixing.
But now discipline being the key and strict vigilance being the bane of the team management, the PCB has spotted some of the upcoming cricketers like Muhammad Hafeez, Azhar Ali, Umer Akmal and Taufeeq Umer to groom them for the job.
