  1. punjab is in terminal decline.zardari has shown his true colours and succeeded in his long held plot of breaking up punjab.the punjabi people have a large part to accept of the blame as they started feeling embarassed of their mother tongue and culture and you don’t defend what you are ashamed of .when mqm’s waseem akhtar said that there are mujras in every house of punjab what reaction did the punjabi people show ? they showed zero reaction .when zulfiqar mirza said something about the muhajirs look how they paralysed an entire city until he offered an apology.this defeatist mentality of the punjabis is the reason for their downfall.

  2. Too much government is a waste of resources. We have civil servants looking into every aspect of our lives. In order to give civil servants something to do they end being custom officers. When there is too much government corruption will be just as great. The concept of bureaucracy was to replace people representatives and have such people who answer to those in power, thus they inherently corrupt. A civil servant working as custom officer has no clue what he is doing.

  3. @ sadiq, there are no punjabi language newspapers in pakistan.there are only 3 tv punjabi channels whereas the smaller provinces have dozens of channels in their mother tongues.when the people of punjab don't want to speak their own mother tongue then obviously outsiders will conspire to break up their province.
