PTI to stage sit-in today

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has finalised arrangements to stage a sit-in outside the Parliament House today (Saturday). Addressing a news conference held at the PTI secretariat on Friday, PTI Vice President Information and Media Management Zahid Hussain Kazmi predicted that the sit-in will be a turning point in Pakistan’s politics. He informed that the sit-in would be led by PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
Kazmi also said that the country was going through a critical phase, and that it was now the responsibility of the citizens to come out and demand resignation from the present rulers. He further said that the time had come for the supreme court to step in and save the country from further chaos. He said that the people were expecting the SC to provide them justice. “The war between political mafias over extortion is the main cause of anarchy in Karachi,” he said. Without mentioning anyone, the PTI leader said that the three political parties in the Sindh government had been destroying the peace of Karachi instead of providing good governance.
