PSF awards top squash players

Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) President Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman has awarded cash prizes to the top national players who performed well in the recently concluded international squash tournaments. Pakistan number one Aamir Atlas Khan was awarded cash prize for producing remarkable results in the Malaysian Open Squash Championship in July. Aamir played the final after toppling big guns in the quarters and semifinals of the event. Aamir also secured a place in the national team which would visit Germany for the World Men’s Squash Team Championship.
The World Championship will be played from August 21 to 27 in Paderborn, Germany. Yasir Butt and Waqar Mehboob would be the other members of the national team. Farhan Zaman was also awarded cash prize for his excellent performance in the Milad Open that held in Iran in July. Farhan played the final of the event. Manzoor Zaman played the final of Kuwait Squash Federation Open in July and got cash award. PSF President Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman appreciated the performance of the players.
