John Abraham is to shoot an upcoming film alongside more than five Bollywood divas including Chitrangada Singh and Prachi Desai. The movie is being directed by debutant Kapil Sharma, the son of famed Indian astronaut Rakesh Sharma. Presented by Reliance Entertainment, the film is produced by Shrishti Behl Arya and Goldie Behl, and is a slice-of-life story about the protagonist, played by John, and the women in his life.
“We’re happy to announce the title of the film ‘I, Me aur Main’ starring John Abraham directed by a very talented Kapil Sharma and presented by Reliance Entertainment. It’s a feel-good film with something for everyone,” Shrishti said in a statement. Actress Zareena Wahab will also be seen in the film, along with two other female leads, details of whom are currently under wraps. The film will release early 2012. Meanwhile, although he has broken off with his long-time girlfriend Bipasha Basu, John knows what a woman wants in her man.
The 38-year-old is one of the competitors of the show ‘India’s Sexiest Bachelor’ show that will go on air at the end of August on BIG CBS PRIME. A source from the show revealed what dating tips the ‘Jism’ actor gives to men. “Women are not lured by materialistic things any more. Good looks, great physique and a fat bank balance are not a sure-shot way to a woman’s heart. What touches a woman’s heart is a man with an even bigger heart – a good deed a day will have her closer to your heart!” the source quoted John as saying.
The show which has been conceptualised by BIG LIVE, the intellectual properties division of Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd, is an initiative that will see ten of “India’s hottest men” on one platform, allowing viewers to show their preference through public voting. Other contestants include Saif Ali Khan, Ranveer Singh and Virat Kohli.
