In an emergency meeting held by Brig Muhammad Aslam Rana, Administrator DHA Lahore, two relief centres have been established to help out the displaced families of FATA in DHA Lahore as ordered by Lt Gen Rashad Mehmood, Coprs Comd Lahore and DHA President. Locations of the relief Centres are Masjid Chowk Phase – 1 and Opposite Beacon House School, W Block, Phase – 3.
The spokesman of DHA Lahore Tajammal Hussain Anjum, briefed the media persons about the relief package for displaced families of FATA and the appeal has been made to public and humanitarian for mattresses, bed sheets, pillows with cover, male & female shawls, sleepers, towels, hand fans, utensils like steel rice plates, a large plate of brass, cooker, water cooler, bath, cloth & dish washing soaps, mosquito quails, small spade and other house hold items for helping the IPD’s.
Plastic box has also been installed at all DHA Mosques, where peoples can drop the donations in the shape of Pak Rupees. Amount of Rs10000/- will be required for settlement of one house unit.
