A chemical factory general manager killed an employee on Wednesday on suspicion that he was stealing old tyres from the factory.
Muhammad Nazeer, 40, was a resident of Jallo Mor and worked at Alfalah Chemicals. Police sources told Pakistan Today that Alfalah Chemicals General Manager Zahid Sharif exchanged harsh words with Nazeer and beat him to death with an iron rod. After being informed, police reached the spot and shifted the body to the city morgue for autopsy. A case has been registered against Zahid at the Choong Police Station on the complaint of Nazeer’s brother, Hafeez.
