MQM has not yet decided about joining the federal cabinet: Rizvi

MQM’s, parliamentary leader in N.A, Haider Abbas Rizvi has said that MQM has not yet decided about joining the federal cabinet.
Declaring all such rumors as baseless, while talking to media at Parliamentary House, he affirmed MQM’s stance of sitting on opposition benches to play a positive role of opposition.
Referring to the possibility of resignation of Sindh Governor, he said that such an action would make the law and order in Province worse, as Governor was not merely an MQM entity, but represented the Province as a whole.
“ Currently we are collecting (an average of) 15 deadbodies of our MQM activists, while tomorrow (in case of resignation of Governor) this could increase to more than 150 deadbodies”, he cautioned.
Regretting that assurances related to Ishrat-al-Abad’s resumption of his Governor ship had not been fulfilled, he assured that MQM desired peace and harmony in the Province, specifically Karachi; despite the fact that MQM had/has borne the brunt of target killings, while none of target killers were arrested as yet.
He said that MQM was being deliberately targeted according to a fixed plan.
