The teacher makes the future of the student. He educates and teaches the way of living in various societies. If the teacher is well experienced, the students can bag maximum knowledge. But the situation seems totally opposite as we find inexperienced teachers playing with the student’s future nowadays.
We, the student of Mass Communication Department, University of Karachi, are facing the same terrible situation. As everybody knows that mass communication discipline plays vital role to build up well-informed society, it needs qualified and well-experienced teachers to make the students aware how mass communication discipline exists in societies.
But at KU students find that some inexperienced teachers are appointed though they are themselves unaware of the discipline of mass communication. Neither can they deliver their lectures to the students nor are the students satisfied with their teaching. When the students ask some queries, the teachers are unable to answer them. The students love the department but they regret not having proper teachers even after paying a huge fee, especially in the evening programmes when their needs are not fulfilled because of inexperienced teachers. We request the higher authorities to please take some good initiatives for the student’s future and appoint experienced teachers.
