Security is among those basic needs for which civilians of a city or state are dependent upon the head of the state. This rather seems to be a deniable fact relating to the present existing flaws in the security governance of Karachi. The so called VIPs are provided a protocol but ordinary civilians are ruled over by incompetent police force resulting in more and more cases of robbery and target killing.
The authorities concerned have proved themselves so incapable for their jobs that they have imposed ban on pillion riding, adding to the civilians’ sufferings. Is there going to be a full stop to the target killings of the innocents?
