At least two people were killed and three others injured in a blast that took place at a fruit market in the Hazaar Ganji area here on Monday, police said.
According to the details, the blast occurred when a bomb planted in a garbage heap went off. The people killed in the blast were two kids who were searching for food around the garbage heap, said eyewitnesses.
The bodies and injured were shifted to hospital, and the area was cordoned off by security officials.
Police has started the investigation of the incident.
