Police arrest six outlaws, seize drugs, stolen goods

The capital police on Thursday arrested six people for their alleged involvement in theft, drug peddling and seized four laptops, three cell-phones, 1.015 kilogrammes of hashish and three pistols from their possession. ASI Mehboob Hussain from Kohsar Police arrested Rizwan and Farhan and seized four laptops, three cell-phones worth Rs 470,000 from their possession.
Sub-Inspector Haider Ali from SabziMandi Police arrested drug pusher Imran who was found in possession of 1.015 kilogrammes of hashish while ASI Muhammad Hanif from Shehzad Town Police arrested Ikhlaq who was found in possession of a 30-bore pistol. A police spokesman said ASI Ali Asghar from Tarnol Police arrested Zaheer Abbass with a 22 bore pistol in his possession while ASI Gulzar Ahmed arrested Riaz Ahmed during a routine patrol and seized a 30-bore pistol from him.
Police have registered cases and started investigations.
