The implementation of judicial policy in its real sprit is the only option to provide justice to common man, said Sindh High Court (SHC)’s Justice Faisal Arab. He said this while on a visit to district and sessions courts and other lower courts of the district Umerkot on Thursday.
“It is the duty of judicial officers to provide legal relief to litigants,” said Arab, adding that bar and bench are two wheels of a vehicle. The lawyers’ community has played an important role in the restoration of judiciary. Arab visited the Umerkot Sub-Jail, where he heard complaints from under-trial prisoners. Umerkot District and Sessions Judge Sayeed Hassan and Umerkot Bar Association President Azhar Arain among others accompanied the SHC judge.
On his visit to the Tharparkar District and Session Court, he met with office bearers and Tharparkar District Bar members and inaugurated the record section office.
