Army, WAPDA and KRL won their matches on Thursday in the eighth Pakistan Premier Football League. Army beat Police 3-2 at Sadiq Shaheed Football Stadium Quetta. Gul Draz in 62nd minute and Sher Zaman in 75th minute scored a goal from Police while Sherjeel Vicky in third minute, Akhtar Hussain in 21st minute and Ikram in 28th minute scored a goal from Army. In the other match, WAPDA got win over KPT by 3-2 in a closely-contested match at KPT Football Stadium Karachi.
Two goals scored by Zafar Majeed in 31st and 63rd minute for KPT and two goals scored by Zeeshan Javaid in the 30th and 53rd minutes for WAPDA while the third goal was come through by WAPDA’s Imran Niazi in injury minutes. In the last match, KRL stunned NBP by 2-1 at Peoples Football Stadium Karachi. Today PIA will face HBL at KPT Football Stadium Karachi.
