The TV studio in the Mass Communication department of Federal Urdu University would surely help students learn more and experience in practical ways.
But it is sad to note that the University of Karachi has not done anything regarding this. Department of Mass Communication of the KU lacks modern facilities.
A friend of mine who studies in the department says that the TV studio is a dream for KU students as even the basic facilities are missing in the department.
I appeal to the chancellor of the university, Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Pirzada Qasim, Chairperson of Mass Communication Department to take notice of this said issue and provide the latest facilities to the students, including a Wi-Fi system and a modern TV Studio.
