It’s going to be a month the citizens of Karachi have been waiting and praying for the rain to come and fill the city of lights with the rain. The city has been suffering with scorching heat and weather suffocations.
The absence of the rain has taken away the taste and joy of mangos and pakoras. It’s a disappointment to see the clouds fleeing without pouring rain. But how can the blessing of Almighty be on the soil that now only knows to absorb the blood of innocent, how can the blessing be showered on the land where innocent blood is spilled like water?
The rain can wipe out the wave of heat that has taken control of the city.
