The first priority of the Punjab government is to educate each and every child of Punjab for which foundations of an educational revolution have been laid, Punjab Education Minister Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman said on Tuesday.
He was addressing the launching ceremony of Government Commerce College’s first literary magazine titled, Ain. “The forthcoming budget will carry maximum allocation of funds. To eliminate ignorance and illiteracy, teachers should play their role and provide the government with valuable suggestions. Owing to the wave of terrorism in the country, youth is not taking interest in literary and extra-curricular activities. This magazine will enhance students’ creative skills and aesthetics,” the minister said.
