Young Doctors Association (YDA) Pakistan on Sunday condemned the Regulation Department for delaying the issuance of service rules amendment notification. The YDA accused the regulation secretary of not sending the notification to the Health Department even after two weeks of the Service Rules Committee (SRC) meeting. The delay in sending the notification held the regularisation orders of 1,800 doctors on stake. YDA office bearers Dr Rana Suhail, Dr Salman Kazmi, Dr Talha Sherwani, Dr Ghulam Qasim, Dr Khuda Bakhsh, Dr Kamran Khattak, Dr Talha Saad, Dr Atif, Dr Khawar and others requested Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to resolve the matter.
