6 injured in road mishap at Zero Point Interchange

At least six persons were injured when a speedy passenger bus overturned near Zero Point Interchange here on Friday, police said.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when the driver of the bus tried to overtake another vehicle, and lost control over the vehicle. As a result, the passenger van, which was on its way from Rawalpindi to Islamabad, overturned.
After the incident, rescue teams and police reached on the spot.
The injured have been shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) and Poly Clinic Hospital.
Police has started the investigation of the incident.
