Police arrest two bike lifters, seize motorbikes

The Capital Police on Tuesday arrested two men suspected to be the members of a motorcycle lifting gang and seized two motorcycles from their possession. The police presented the men in court and obtained their physical remand. The police spokesman said that CIA SP Chaudhry Liaquat Ali entrusted Bashir Ahmed Noon to arrest the men involved in lifting bikes. A team was constituted comprising ASIs Zafar Iqbal, Tariq Rauf and others. The team arrested Naimatullah Khan, son of Hawaldar Khan, resident of Peshawar, and Shakeel, son of Dildar, resident of Sohan, and seized two Honda 125 motorbikes (RIK 5267 and RIK 2998). The bikes have been identified by the complainants Shaukat Haleem and Mudassar Ali.
