Target killing in Karachi has been happening since long. We hear bad news on almost everyday. Law enforcement agencies have been unable to stop these killings. To bring peace and prosperity in the provincial capital, all parties have to be on the same page. The MQM has declared the return of Governor Ishrat-ul-Ebad, which is a good omen. President Asif Ali Zardari has played a good role for reconciliation. It is now hoped that the peace in the city will be restored soon.
