Miscreants shot a policeman dead and injured another person. The police officers were on routine patrol at a local market when the miscreants riding a motor cycle targeted them.
This is a new wave of target killing in the Balochistan province. The government cannot afford further mishaps as the situation in Karachi is already in shambles.
The police force should make counter strategies to tackle this problem. Every day we get to hear of some sad incident; this time around the target was a police officer and that makes a citizen think that the law and order situation is not improving but is in fact degrading. Let’s hope that this bloodshed will end and we can live peacefully.
