Three men accused of double murder were convicted by the Gambat court on Thursday. Additional District and Sessions Judge Ashok Kumar Dadeja announced the verdict in a double murder case of two brothers. On proving the guilt of three of the accused men, Muharram Ali Mangnejo and Dhani Bux Mangnejo were declared to be hanged until death, whereas Abdul Sattar Mangnejo was sentenced to life in prison.
The court released Suleman and Noor Muhammad Mangnejo for lack of evidence. The accused were charged for murdering Asadullah Mangnejo and Assistant Sub-Inspector Noor Muhammad Mangnejo near Sobhodero in 2005.
