PIA earned the biggest win of the day in the Pakistan Premier Football League when they defeated Army by three goals to one at the Sharafi Goth Football stadium Karachi, while the other two matches of the league ended in a draw.
PIA, however, kept Army at bay throughout the 90 minutes play and rather hit three goals and allowed the servicemen a chance to score only one goal. PIA got their goals through Sadam Hussain in the 31st minute, Zeeshan in the 58th minute and then in the 82nd minute, while Sharjeel was the scorer from Army in the 66th minute.
PELL and PMC ATH FC played a one-all draw. PEL opened the account through Ashraf in the 36th minute and the equaliser came in the 55th minute of the game when PMC ATH FC’s Muhammad Usman found the cage on a team-mates cross. KESC was held to a one-all draw by Navy at Peoples Stadium Karachi. Muhammad scored a goal in the 43rd minute from KESC and Navy leveled the score when Muhammad Ramzan scored in the 57th minute.
