Federal Minister for Information and Broad Casting Firdous Ashiq Awan will inaugurate the 54th Shaheed Mohtarma Banazir Bhutto National Badminton Championship today (Thursday) at Rodham Hall Pakistan Sports Complex. All the affiliated units of the Pakistan Badminton Federation, Islamabad, KP, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, WAPDA, Army, Railways ,FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, HEC, Police and National Bank will participate in the event. WAPDA and National Bank will defend their team events title while Ahsan Qamar and Sara Khan will defend their titles. As many as 300 entries received so far and the players have started practicing at the Rodham Hall.
